We guarantee that all business cards will be printed according to the specifications in your approved proof. If there is a printing error or defect caused by our production process, we will reprint your order at no additional cost.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your business cards. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem.
Returns or reprints are eligible only for the following reasons:
- Printing errors made by realelegant
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Incorrect quantity delivered
- Damage during shipping
We cannot accept returns or provide reprints for the following situations:
- Errors present in the customer-approved proof
- Customer dissatisfaction with approved design or colors
- Minor color variations inherent to the printing process
- Changes in customer requirements after production begins
Due to the custom nature of our business card printing services, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully review all proofs before approval.
If your return is approved, we will reprint your business cards using the same specifications. Reprints typically take the same production time as the original order. We will cover shipping costs for approved reprints.
In cases where a reprint is not feasible or desired, we may offer a refund at our discretion. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
By approving a proof, you confirm that all information, spelling, colors, and design elements are correct. We are not responsible for errors that were present in approved proofs.
